There is so much to want and desire in our world. Advertizing keeps stirring up the pot of appetite and if a girl is not wise, she will find herself hungering for all the things in life that don’t last and can never satisfy anyway.

Then do not grasp at the stars, but do life’s plain, common work as it comes,
certain that daily duties and daily bread are the sweetest things in life.
Be careful not to be a girl that is never satisfied with the simple things. Love your parents, appreciate Biblical authorities, cherish your Bible, count yourself blessed to have even one good friend, be thankful for your church, pastor and school and enjoy the simple things of life given by the Good Hand of our God!
